At the moment we only accept direct deposits via internet banking or manual deposits through your bank. Unfortunately we don’t have online payment options. Babylane acknowledges that the options are quite limited. We are currently looking into methods to allow Babylane customers to do secure online payments with a few mouse clicks without revealing vulnerable information.

Shipping Info

All orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight of each item purchased as well as the destination address. The more items you buy, the less your shipping cost will be per item. Please note that currently we only ship within South Africa.

After you have submitted your order you will receive an email from Babylane confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. We will then contact you via e-mail or telephone to confirm your order and arrange payment. After we have received payment in full it will be confirmed. Please note that no orders will be shipped prior to Babylane receiving payment in full.

Babylane also takes time to ensure that all products are in excellent condition prior to shipment.

Return Policy

Babylane offers the best brand names available and all our products are of the highest quality.

If however, one of our products are defective or becomes defective, the following return policy will apply:

All our products are covered by a one year manufacturers warranty. In the event that your product becomes defective and your claim is valid, Baby Lane will repair or replace (at Baby Lane's discretion) the product free of charge, excluding shipping charges. All warranty repairs or exchanges exclude shipping charges to or from our head office in Centurion.
